I finally made an actual reference of this guy. Fusion of Mettaton and Omega Flowey (Undertale characters) and Lewis Pepper (Mystery Skulls Animated). There are many mistakes on here and he is missing his pink arm spines, but yeah. His arms are supposed to be able to move/are built like Mettaton's if that was not obvious.

I'll probably fix this later, but I'm just glad I got to use my tablet today. School keeps me too busy.
